Devlog Week 1 (March, 1 - March, 8)

Starting Devlog Week 1

I made an idea with a question “What if a girl that love girls will disguise as a boy and will try to make a relationship?”. There was the start of this VN.

At first I planned to do it alone, but @NoodleDoodle after hearing my plans offered their help (so unexpectable but I agreed, thanks very much :>)

At this time there’s no title yet, only ideas.

There’s Milanote board with idea drafting (don’t mind russian language). Basically there’s drafts of characters, backgrounds and plot.

What did we do:

1. Plot outline

- Girl named Kate is an ordinary highschooler (in US) without any features… except one. It was revealed some years ago, when she was with her best friend Lena. Kate loved her friend so much that decided to go further. And… kissed. Lena was shocked by that strange action. After that other classmates found out this and thought Kate was weirdo.

Years later Kate moved to Japan disguising as Keith, tryimg to meet local girls and date them.

2. Characters

- Kate (MC): main color - purple. Sincere, calm, harsh to herself, polite plus character change depending on decision in intro memory (about Lena kiss).

- Rin (reminds of Lena): main color - red/black. Bald and straightforward, with strong will, charisma and sympathetic nature

- ???: main color - yellow. Kind to everyone, genuine, full of energy

- ???: main color - green. Intelligent, rely on logic, prefer books over talk

- ???: main color - blue. Very shy, opens to close ones and gives them all attention and care

3. Background samples

Three BGs - classroom from starting memory, MC room and actual classroom

4. Music source

It gonna be DOVA-SYNDROME (there’s a reason for choosing such specific music storage)
